If you would like some or all of the pictures, please take out what you would like and send the remaining in with money.

Labeling Pictures

Hello Everyone,

For the next three weeks (and beyond) we are going to begin building our writing skills.  We will start by labeling pieces of our pictures.  The example included is from a student who drew a picture of Peppa Pig.  I encouraged her to "hear the sounds" as I was stretching out the word.  If you would like to give it a try that would be great!  Remember, we are not concerned about ALL sounds.  We are encouraging the first and last sound along with a middle sound if they are able.

Dates to Remember

Hello Families, 

I am continuing to work on my website but it is currently "behind the scenes" work and should appear by the end of March!  I am looking forward to adding handwriting and letter identification pieces for you to use as a family with your child.  :)

I am in the process of getting a schedule out about parent teacher conferences.  You should see a form this week.  I do know that I have many times during the school day at either 10:50 or 11:30 the week of conferences and would love fill them!  Please let me know if this is a time that works well for you. 

Dates to Remember:

March 8th- Parent teacher conference form needs to be back by this date

March 10th- NO SCHOOL for all children

March 20th-23rd- Parent Teacher Conferences 

March 24th- Family Fun Friday

April 14th- NO PM Pre-K

April 17th-21st- VACATION

Revamping my Webpage

Hello, 

I am in the process of fixing my current website and making it more user friendly.  I am getting rid of a few tabs that were on the left hand side and will be adding additional information.



Under "What's going on?" is a link that will bring you directly to my blog that is updated weekly.  The "Parents Corner" will be a work in progress.  I am currently adding websites that will be a great tool to use with your children if you choose at home.  I will continue to add apps that would beneficial.  

I will be adding another tab where I will begin adding academic based help around basic letter identification and math work.  Please stay tuned and patient with me!  This is NOT my strong point!
